Krittaya is a Pilates instructor and wellness expert in Uppsala, Sweden. She operates an exclusive private studio that combines technique with a personalized, one-on-one approach. Focused on precision and individual growth, she provides a high-end training environment for those seeking a deeper connection to their physical well-being.
The Challenge
The challenge was to transition a manual, "DM-based" business into a professional digital platform. We needed to create a visual identity from scratch and build a system that could handle everything from class scheduling and secure payments to automated client communication, all while maintaining the intimate feel of a private studio.
The Solution
We built a custom booking system and a complete visual identity using a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic. The technical solution automates the entire flow: real-time scheduling, Stripe payments, and automated email triggers. We also developed a dedicated admin panel where instructors can manage classes, bookings, and refunds in one place.
